With so many activities going on each day, it may be difficult for your family to find time and spend quality time together as a whole family. To make time is maybe difficult for some family. For us, I usually spend time with my children at least 2 hours a day before they go to bed. I have two kids myself three and six year olds. There are many opportunities for you to enjoy time with your children at home and so many things you can do with them. I think "Family time" is an important way to build and strengthen relationships within the family.
Here are guidelines in my family:
- Create rules and keep them simple and specific.
- Be police to your parent and old person as well.
- Teach them discipline, always make sure they understand.
- Eating dinner together.
- Praying at night before going to bed.
- Sleeping time is 9PM.
